This piece is influenced by the Roman mosaic style you see, but with a modern twist, with the mosaic tiles being circular. The colours you can see are indicative of those of the sea. The two dolphins placed at the centre representing ‘love’ have a pink/purple hue of circle mosaic emanating from them depicting a chemical attraction. The other four dolphins in the piece look on.
