This piece was created specifically for an event that took place at the Deaf Cultural Centre, Birmingham, UK. The event was organised to raise money for Deaf schools internationally and was sold as a raffle prize fundraiser. It represents the hands of individuals across the globe, internationally. The hands are from all backgrounds and cultures; irrespective of whether they are deaf, disabled or hearing, but all united in one world vision.
