Lease Arts by Olivier Jamin

Lease art by OJART / Olivier Jamin

If you were thinking of buying; the artwork becomes yours automatically for you to keep, sell on, or do with whatever you choose. This option is non-refundable.

If you were thinking of leasing the artwork; you have greater scope in terms of affordability, as you can choose as many pieces as you wish to fill your space, from one room to a whole building. You can choose to continue to lease the pieces for as long as you like, and once the contract is up, you can choose to lease other pieces of art; or even lease from a different artist.

With leasing, there is no long-term contract, and you can continually change the pieces on your walls every 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. For example, if you lease for longer than 3 months we can look at rotation of artwork within the 6, 12, 24 month period. We would simply discuss the duration of a lease to suit you and should you wish to extend this beyond the expiry date, we can again discuss this to suit your requirements.

The flexibility that leasing art brings means art work can be rotated so that the space at your venue never feels dull. Leasing on rotation means your space can be continually updated.

Leasing provides the perfect opportunity to display a variety of artwork within your space whilst also keeping within your budget.

Installing artwork within a space brightens the place up and feels more welcoming for individuals using the space. Whether this be within a meeting room, workspace or general space around the building; artwork serves as a good ‘ice breaker’ and a tool to encourage communication between colleagues and visitors alike. The aim being that leasing artwork on the walls at your place of work can also aid overall wellbeing and productivity.

Your visitors will notice this and see that your space is always changing with new art to look at, thus ensuring visiting your space never gets boring.

We can meet at your venue to discuss the best options tailored to your specific needs; duration, size of artwork and number of pieces required.

Once you have decided on the best option for you, a contract will be signed between you and Olivier Jamin.

Payment can be made via BACS each month during the term of rental agreement.

Or upfront payment, should you prefer, prior to the duration of the lease agreement.

Duration is for a minimum 3-month agreement.
